Matzo Balls Recipe

Makes 8 servings


Use 1/2 cup matzo meal

Ingredients
10 crackers - matzos
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoons water
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon salt
Directions
  1. Mix ingredients in bowl

  2. cover and refrigerate 15 minutes

  3. bring 1.5 quart water to boil

  4. drop teaspoon size balls into water

  5. turn heat down and cook for 30-40 minute
