Egg substitute Omlette with onions, peppers & cheddar cheese
| 1/2 | cup egg substitute, egg Creations |
| 1 | tbls onion, |
| 1 | tbls bell pepper |
| 1 | oz cheese, cheddar |
| 1 | Salt and pepper to taste |
- Pan fry several ounces of onion, and red, green, &/or yellow bell peppers. Store in refrigerator for use for several days.
- Heat stick free fry pan to 4-5
- Measure onion & peppers into pan to reheat, arrange evenly on bottom of pan, or hold to add to top of omlette
- Measure egg substitute & pour into fry pan
- Sprinkle salt & pepper to taste
- Cook until no visible liquid is left
- Add cheddar cheese across the top and onion & pepper if not previously added.
- Fold omlette sides into center, fold in half, then serve.
