Omlette Using Egg Substitute Recipe

Egg substitute Omlette with onions, peppers & cheddar cheese

Ingredients
1/2 cup egg substitute, egg Creations
1 tbls onion,
1 tbls bell pepper
1 oz cheese, cheddar
1 Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
  1. Pan fry several ounces of onion, and red, green, &/or yellow bell peppers. Store in refrigerator for use for several days.

  2. Heat stick free fry pan to 4-5

  3. Measure onion & peppers into pan to reheat, arrange evenly on bottom of pan, or hold to add to top of omlette

  4. Measure egg substitute & pour into fry pan

  5. Sprinkle salt & pepper to taste

  6. Cook until no visible liquid is left

  7. Add cheddar cheese across the top and onion & pepper if not previously added.

  8. Fold omlette sides into center, fold in half, then serve.
