Ingredients
1/4 cup plain yogurt
1 1/2 teaspoon ground flax seed
1/2 teaspoon sliced almonds
1 teaspoon dried coconut meat
4 dates
1/2 teaspoon dried apples
1 teaspoon raisins
1 teaspoon dried cranberries
1/2 teaspoon pecans
1/2 teaspoon walnuts
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin seeds
1/4 teaspoon sesame seeds
1/2 teaspoon sunflower seeds
1/2 teaspoon soy protein isolate
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Directions
