lazy veggie soup

Makes 1 serving

This quickie soup is so easy but so much better than store prepared! I use TWO cups of broth (15 cals per cup) but calorie count only had 40 cal so eliminate the water and use 15 cal broth.

Ingredients
1/2 c broth
1 1/2 c water
2 c tomato
1 c carrots
1 oz onion
1 c mushroom
1/2 c green pepper
Directions
  1. brown onion and g pepper in pan w/spray of Pam. Add mushrooms and stir, cook for another 5 minutes. Season with a couple of shakes of pizza seasoning, stir, and add broth and carrots. Cook for 45 minutes on medium heat. Toss in tomatoes and cook for an additional 15 minutes.
