This quickie soup is so easy but so much better than store prepared! I use TWO cups of broth (15 cals per cup) but calorie count only had 40 cal so eliminate the water and use 15 cal broth.

Ingredients

c broth |
| 1 1/2 |
c water |
| 2 |
c tomato |
| 1 |
c carrots |
| 1 |
oz onion |
| 1 |
c mushroom |
| 1/2 |
c green pepper |
Directions
- brown onion and g pepper in pan w/spray of Pam. Add mushrooms and stir, cook for another 5 minutes. Season with a couple of shakes of pizza seasoning, stir, and add broth and carrots. Cook for 45 minutes on medium heat. Toss in tomatoes and cook for an additional 15 minutes.
