Oat and Fruit Energy Bars Recipe

Makes 12 servings


Ideal low fat snack, provides 7.7g protein per serving

Ingredients
175 g oats
85 g museli
80 g dates
50 g apricots
20 g sultanas
20 hazelnuts
3 egg whites
150 ml apple juice
3 tablespoons honey
Directions
Put all dry ingrediants in a bowl and mix. Add all other ingrediants and stir together. Cook in oven at 180c for 18 - 20 min until golden brown. allow to cool slightly then cut into 12 pieces.
