Power Protein Pancakes Recipe

Makes 4 servings


Good for you pancakes.

Ingredients
1 cup whole wheat flour or buckwheat flour
1/4 cup oatmeal
3 tsp baking powder
1 cup skim milk
3 tbsp canola oil
1 tbsp honey
1 egg
Directions
  1. mix the dry ingredients together, then stir in the wet ingredients. Heat a griddle to medium heat, use cooking spray if not a nonstick griddle, pour the batter on and cook. makes 4 pancakes (2 servings)

  2. you can add some fresh fruit like blueberries, and also okay for 2 tbsp lite syrup.
