| 1 | cup whole wheat flour or buckwheat flour |
| 1/4 | cup oatmeal |
| 3 | tsp baking powder |
| 1 | cup skim milk |
| 3 | tbsp canola oil |
| 1 | tbsp honey |
| 1 | egg |
- mix the dry ingredients together, then stir in the wet ingredients. Heat a griddle to medium heat, use cooking spray if not a nonstick griddle, pour the batter on and cook. makes 4 pancakes (2 servings)
- you can add some fresh fruit like blueberries, and also okay for 2 tbsp lite syrup.
