Mmm, chocolate bread. Not too sweet and quite yummy!

Ingredients
| 1 |
T active dry yeast |
| 1/4 |
c water |
| 1 |
c whole wheat flour |
| 1.33 |
c all purpose flour |
| 1/2 |
c steel cut oats |
| 1/2 |
t salt |
| 2 |
T canola oil |
| 1/4 |
c honey |
| 3 |
T cocoa powder |
| 1/2 |
c unsweetened soymilk |
Directions
- In small bowl, mix yeast with warm water and let sit for 5 minutes.
- Mix all dry ingredients (using only 1 C of the all purpose flour) in large bowl.
- Add all remaining ingredients and yeast mixture to dry mix and stir with heavy spoon.
- When dough stiffens, turn out onto floured surface and add flour while kneading until it is bouncy and not sticky.
- Place in oiled pan and cover with a clean dishcloth. Let rise for about an hour.
- Punch down, form into desired shape (I like to make individual rolls) and let rise again for about an hour.
- Bake at 350 degrees F until not doughy inside.
