Crunchy, spicy and quick to assemble salad.

Ingredients

cup quinoa, uncooked |
| 1/4 |
cup water |
| 14 |
grams tortilla chips (approx. 5) |
| 5 |
tbsp salsa |
| 60 |
grams organic field greens salad mix |
Directions
- Bring quinoa and water to a boil in a small pot. Turn down to simmer and cook for approximately 15 minutes or until water is absorbed.
- Put salad greens in a large bowl and top with quinoa, crumbled tortilla chips, and salsa. Serve.
