Chicken and Rice Bake

Ingredients
| 10 3/4 |
oz Cream of Chicken Soup |
| 1 1/3 |
cups water |
| 3/4 |
cup rice |
| 1 |
cup peas |
| 1 |
cup carrots |
| 1 |
cup corn |
| 1/2 |
tsp onion powder |
| 4 |
1/2 chicken breast (1/2 chicken breast cut in half) |
| 1/2 |
cup cheddar cheese |
Directions
- Stir the soup, water, rice, begetables and onion powder ina 12" x 8" baking dish.
- Top with chicken. (Chicken will be 1/2 breast cut in 1/2 - 1/4 of breast). Cover.
- Bake at 375 F for 45 mins or until done.
- Top with cheese. Makes 8 servings.
