Makes 8 servings

Chicken and Rice Bake

Ingredients
10 3/4 oz Cream of Chicken Soup
1 1/3 cups water
3/4 cup rice
1 cup peas
1 cup carrots
1 cup corn
1/2 tsp onion powder
4 1/2 chicken breast (1/2 chicken breast cut in half)
1/2 cup cheddar cheese
Directions
  1. Stir the soup, water, rice, begetables and onion powder ina 12" x 8" baking dish.

  2. Top with chicken. (Chicken will be 1/2 breast cut in 1/2 - 1/4 of breast). Cover.

  3. Bake at 375 F for 45 mins or until done.

  4. Top with cheese. Makes 8 servings.
