Qucik Nutritious Salad (Non-Fat) Recipe

Its good to loose fat and helps controlling cholesterol.

Ingredients
1 cup tomato ,diced
1/2 cup onion ,sliced
1 Peppers, Hot Chili, Green
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 cup carrot ,sliced
1 cup cabbage, chopped
2 tbsp yogurt, plain
1/4 tbsp salt
Directions
Slice or chop into smaller pieces and mix all above ingredients and place it in refrigerator for 30 minutes or so while its covered properly.
