Pumpkin Bread

Makes 10 servings

Yummy autumn bread.

Ingredients
15 oz pumpkin
12 oz sugar
3 oz vegetable oil
2 eggs
7 oz all purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cloves, ground
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp allspice
1/4 cup raisins
1/4 cup walnuts
2 oz water
Directions
  1. Add sugar to oil and mix.

  2. Add eggs, pumpkin, spices sifted with flour, water and nuts and raisins.

  3. Bake an hour at 350 degrees F.
