high performance vegitable soup

a spicy tomato based vegi soup 1 serving is approx 1 cup

Ingredients
38 oz tomato juice
24 oz water
1 1/4 cups celery
1 cup green pepper
4 plum tomatoes
1 jalapeņo pepper
2 cups zucchini
8 oz baby carrots
1 onion
2 potatoes
3 tsp rosemary
1 tsp pepper
4 cloves garlic
12 oz frozen peas
12 oz frozen corn
Directions
  1. combine tomato juice and water start to heat up add spices chop veggies, press garlic and add to liquid, bring to boil reduce heat simmer for 1.25 hours.
