Honey Crusted Chicken Recipe

Ingredients
8 crackers, saltine (or 1.5 cups plain corn flakes)
1 tsp paprika
4 tsp honey
8 ounce boneless, skinless chicken breast
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 F. Lightly coat a baking dish with cooking spray.

  2. In a small bowl, crush the crackers (or corn flakes). Add paprika and stir to mix well.

  3. Brush honey on each side of the chicken breasts. Dredge the chicken through the cracker (or corn flake) mixture, coating both sides.

  4. Place the chicken in the prepared baking dish. Bake until lightly browned and cooked through, about 30 to 45 minutes. Serve immediately.
