Spinach parmesan

a little plain, perfect with a full flavor main dish

Ingredients
20 ounces spinach
3/4 cup finely chopped yellow onion
1/2 cup sour cream
3 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
1/3 cup milk
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
Directions
  1. Mix all ingredients in a lightly greased pie pan, bake covered for 25 minutes at 350 degrees
