Minestrone recipe with added spinach.

Ingredients

cup light Italian dressing |

medium onion |

cups frozen vegetables |

oz diced tomatoes, canned |

oz red kidney beans, canned |
| 10 |
oz frozen spinach |
| 4 |
cups chicken broth |
| 1/2 |
cup penne pasta |
| 1 |
garlic, pepper, basil and oregano to taste |
Directions
- Saute chopped onion and frozen vegetables (thawed) in dressing until tender.
- Add canned tomatoes and beans, broth, seasonings and spinach (thawed)and simmer.
- Add penne and simmer until pasta is done.
