| 4 | large russet potatoes |
| 1 | cup sour cream |
| 4 | tbsp unsalted butter |
| 1 | cup milk |
- Bake potatoes at 350 degrees until well cooked.
- Cut each potato in half.
- Scoop insides of potatoes into a large mixing bowl making sure to leave the insides intact.
- Mix-in sour cream, butter, and milk in with potato insides. Blend until smooth.
- Fill potato shells with blended potato mix.
- Bake potatoes at 350 degrees until light brown crust forms.
