Mom's Twice Baked Potatoes Recipe

Makes 4 servings


A family favorite dinner side.

Ingredients
4 large russet potatoes
1 cup sour cream
4 tbsp unsalted butter
1 cup milk
Directions
  1. Bake potatoes at 350 degrees until well cooked.

  2. Cut each potato in half.

  3. Scoop insides of potatoes into a large mixing bowl making sure to leave the insides intact.

  4. Mix-in sour cream, butter, and milk in with potato insides. Blend until smooth.

  5. Fill potato shells with blended potato mix.

  6. Bake potatoes at 350 degrees until light brown crust forms.
