| 1 | stick of butter |
| 1/2 | cup honey |
| 4 | cups rolled oats |
| 1 | cup coconut, sweetened |
| 1 | cup almonds, sliced |
| 1 | cup raisins |
| 1 | tsp vanilla extract |
| 1 | tsp cinnamon |
- Melt together butter and honey.
- Pour over oats and other ingredients and stir well.
- Bake at 400 for 10 minutes.
- Stir well and bake 5 more minutes.
- Stir well to separate mixture and place in airtight container when it has cooled.
- If you boil the honey mixture for 1 minute before pouring over the oat mixture and do not stir after baking, when cooled these will stick together more like a granola bar.
