Zucchini Soup Recipe

Healthy and filling! The serving size is 1 cup.

Ingredients
3 zucchini, cubed
3 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 onion, minced
8 ounce tomato sauce
2 cups water
1/2 tspn salt
1/4 tspn pepper
15 ounce corn
1/2 cup cheddar cheese
1/4 cup monterey jack cheese
Directions
Add everything to medium sized soup pan, boil for 10 minutes, simmer for 10 minutes or until zuccini is soft. Serve and enjoy.
