Ingredients
2 cups clams , chopped
150 g white bread , chopped
1 onion, small chopped
1 pepper, green small chopped
1 pepper, red small chopped
1 egg
1/4 g salt
1 g parsley
Directions
  1. grind above ingredients, mix and fry all together.

  2. stuff quahog shells.

  3. sprinkle w/pepper.

  4. tie shells w/string.

  5. bake at 350, 20 min.
