Ingredients

ounces baby carrots |
| 3 |
tablespoons salted butter |
| 2 |
teaspoons fresh thyme leaves |
Directions
- Fill a small saucepan with 1/2 inch of water. Add the carrots; cover and bring to a boil over med.-high heat. Lower heat to simmer and steam the carrots for 5 min. Drain and return to pan and cover. Add butter and thyme and melt butter over very low heat.
