chicken spices oil 4 servings
| 1 | teaspoon chili powder |
| 1 | teaspoon garlic powder |
| 1 | teaspoon onion powder |
| 1/2 | teaspoon ground cumin |
| 1/4 | teaspoon allspice |
| 1 1/2 | pounds boneless, skinless chicken breast halves |
| 1 | salt to taste |
| 2 | teaspoons vegetable oil |
- In a small bowl, mix together the chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin and allspice. Stir well to thoroughly combine.
- Cut each breast in half and pound chicken to 1/2 inch thickness. Each serving should be 6 oz.
- Sprinkle with salt. Rub with 1/8 teaspoon of seasoning on top side only per piece.
- Heat oil in extra deep, 12" nonstick skillet over high heat.
- Add pieces, season side down, and cook until lightly browned, about 2 min. Turn, reduce heat to med. high and cook for about 4 min.
