Chili Chili Bang Bang - with beef

The original recipe from Looneyspoons was a vegetarian dish, I've simply added the beef.

Ingredients
1 lbs lean ground beef
1 1/4 cup onions, coarsely chopped
1 cup green pepper, chopped
1 cup red pepper, chopped
3/4 cup celery, chopped
3/4 cup carrots, chopped
3 cloves garlic
1 tbsp chili powder
1 cup zucchini, chopped
1 can (448 g) tomatoes, undrained
38 ounces kidney beans (2 cans)
1 can (12 ounces) whole kernel corn, undrained
1 tbsp cumin, ground
1 1/2 tsp oregano, dried
1 1/2 tsp basil, dried
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
Directions
  1. Brown the beef.

  2. Add all ingredients to slow cooker.

  3. Cook on low 6 - 8 hours.
