Clam Chowda Recipe

New England Clam Chowda! Go Red Sox!!!

Ingredients
2 tbsp butter
15 grams bacon
1 onion
2 celery stalks
2 tsp tabasco sauce
2 tbsp flour
1 pint half-and-half
2 cups chicken stock
1 cup hash brown
10 oz clams
Directions
  1. Add butter, bacon, onion, celery, and desired spices to a pan.

  2. stir in the flour.

  3. add half-and-half and chicken stock. bring to a boil.

  4. stir in has browns and baby clams.

  5. bring back to a boil, reduce heat, serve.
