Honey Garlic Spare Ribs
| 2 | kg pork ribs, center cut |
| 4 | tbls soy sauce, lite |
| 4 | tbls corn syrup |
| 2 | tbls honey, liquid |
| 2 | cups brown sugar |
| 12 | cloves garlic, pressed |
| 1 | cup water |
- Cut ribs into rib sections
- Cook the ribs in the oven uncovered, @350 for 1 hour, stirring every 15 min.
- Mix the rest of the ingredents in a pot, and bring to boil; stir until mixture thickens
- Transfer the ribs into a large pot, and add the sugar mixture. Cook 1 hour on low. Stir several times.
