Honey Garlic Spare Ribs

Ingredients
2 kg pork ribs, center cut
4 tbls soy sauce, lite
4 tbls corn syrup
2 tbls honey, liquid
2 cups brown sugar
12 cloves garlic, pressed
1 cup water
Directions
  1. Cut ribs into rib sections

  2. Cook the ribs in the oven uncovered, @350 for 1 hour, stirring every 15 min.

  3. Mix the rest of the ingredents in a pot, and bring to boil; stir until mixture thickens

  4. Transfer the ribs into a large pot, and add the sugar mixture. Cook 1 hour on low. Stir several times.
