Directions
- Cut meat into 1/4 inch bits.
- Put meat, water, spices, and chickpeas in a pot.
- Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 20 minutes.
- Mash the garlic in a mortar, mix it with the vinegar and add it to the pot.
- Stir, add the salt, cook an additional 5 minutes, remove from heat, sprinkle with the cinnamon and pepper and serve.
