Sarasoon Ka Saag Recipe

Its typical Pakistan/Indian Punjabi dish

Ingredients
1/2 kg Mustard green
1/2 kg Spinach
1/2 cup Coriander
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup water
2 tbsp salt
3 tbsp chili powder
3 tbsp garlic paste
Directions
  1. Cut mustard and spinach into very small pieces and put it on stove along with water, salt and cook it for 1.5 hours.

  2. Then add chili, then flour gradually and keep griding it with some pestle until you added the whole flour and the recipe look ground completely.

  3. Now add add oil and garlic in pan and put it on stove until garlic gets brown. Now add it to our main recipe and cook all things together for 15 minutes.

  4. Ready to serve. Serve it with corn-roti(corn-bread) and fresh butter.
