My easy no salt rye bread recipe. Makes one loaf.

Ingredients
| 2 1/2 |
tsp active dry yeast |
| 2 |
tbsp molasses |
| 2 |
tbsp honey |
| 1 1/2 |
cups whole grain rye flour |
| 2 |
cups bread flour |
Directions
- Mix molasses and honey with 1 1/4 cup warm water.
- Add yeast and let dissolve.
- Add rye flour and mix in.
- Add bread flour until dough is ready to knead.
- Knead dough until elastic and let rise until doubles in size. About 1 to 1.5 hours.
- Punch down and knead dough again. Shape into a loaf and let rise to 1 and 1/2 starting size, about 45 minutes.
- Score loaf and bake at 350 for 40 to 45 minutes.
