| 3 | cloves garlic |

| 1 | lb tuna |
| 2 | cup white rice |
| 1 | tablespoon olive oil |

- Dice onions and tomatoes
- Cook rice (or use from the day before)
- Heat oil in skillet, add garlic
- add in vegetables and tuna
- Serve over rice, or pan fry rice with vegetable tuna mixture
