Filipino Fish and Egg Rice Recipe

Great for breakfast

Ingredients
1 tomato
1 large onion
3 cloves garlic
1 salt
1 pepper
1 lb tuna
2 cup white rice
1 tablespoon olive oil
4 eggs
Directions
  1. Dice onions and tomatoes

  2. Cook rice (or use from the day before)

  3. Heat oil in skillet, add garlic

  4. add in vegetables and tuna

  5. Serve over rice, or pan fry rice with vegetable tuna mixture
