c. green onion |

cup lowfat sour cream |
| 1/4 |
cup plain nonfat yogurt |
| 1/4 |
cup mayonnaise |
| 1/4 |
cup green pepper |
| 2 |
ounces (1/2 cup) dry roasted peanuts |

tbs. parmesan cheese |
Directions
- mix and serve. If eating part later, leave the dressing and peanuts off until you're ready to eat it.
- If I had it, I would use reduced fat mayo.
