Ingredients
1 cup onions
1 small potato
1/2 cup asparagus
1/2 cup mushrooms
1/2 cup yogurt
1 1/2 cups water
1 clove garlic
1/2 cup celery
Directions
  1. saute onions, add garlic, celery, mushrooms. add diced potato. add water, let cook until vegetables are cooked through, 20 minutes. add asparagus - let cook if uncooked. blend with yogurt.
