Healthy Taco Salad Recipe

Very Healthy

Ingredients
6 cups Shredded Lettuce
1/2 cup Taco Sauce
8 oz. Ground Turkey
3 Cherry Tomatoes
1 Green Pepper
16 oz. Corn
16 oz. Red Beans
6 Taco Shells
Directions
  1. Shred 6 cups of lettuce, add to mixing bowel. Chop 3 cherry tomatoes, add to mixing bowel. Chop 1 green pepper, add to mixing bowel.

  2. Crunch 6 taco shells, add to mixing bowel.

  3. Cook turkey in pan until darkened, stir in corn, beans, and pour taco sauce on top. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.

  4. Stir everything into large mixing bowel.
