| 2 | cups bananas |
| 4 | cups oatmeal |
| 1/2 | teaspoon vanilla |
| 2/3 | cup chopped peanuts |
| 1/2 | cup applesauce |
| 1 | teaspoon cinnamon |
- preheat oven to 350 degrees
- mix all ingredients together in a bowl till everything is uniformly moist.
- drop dough by tablespoonfuls on an ungreased cookie sheet
- the dough will not spread so flatten to desired thickness
- bake for 15 min
- eat warm or after cooling
- store in airtight container
- can sub dried fruit, chocolat or carob chips for the nuts
- prep time 20 min
- don't expect flavor or texture of traditional cookies, but do expect a yummy snack.
