Dan's Multigrain Pancakes Recipe

barley, oat, buckwheat, flaxseed pancake sweetened with fructose

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups barley flour
1/2 cup buckwheat flour
1/4 cup ground flaxseed
1 tbsp baking powder
2 tbsp fructose
2 large eggs
1 1/2 cups soy milk, unsweetened
3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
3/4 cup blueberries
Directions
  1. Add dry ingredients

  2. separate egg whites, add egg yolk to dry ingredient mix

  3. beat egg whites still a semi firm froth, a bit notch fluffier than shaving cream, bubbly but firm

  4. add soy milk and olive oil to dry ingredients, mix thoroughly.

  5. add berries, mix thoroughly.

  6. cook.
