Light soup to warm up on a cold day. Great for a diabetic diet.

Ingredients
4 c cabbage, chopped
1/2 c carrot, sliced
4 c chicken broth
4 c water
2 c boiled chicken breast, chopped
Directions
  1. Simmer all ingredients together just until cabbage and carrots are tender. Season to taste.
