Ingredients
2 large eggs
1 tbsp milk
1 tsp butter
1/4 cup mozzarella
Directions
  1. put butter in hot pan and melt

  2. mix eggs and milk

  3. add egg mixture to pan

  4. put mozzarella in pan

  5. flip egg over itself
