| 1 1/2 | cup sugar |
| 1 | cup oats |
| 3/4 | cup whole wheat flour |
| 3/4 | cup white flour |
| 1 1/2 | tsp baking soda |
| 1 | tsp cinnamon |
| 78 | grams cocoa powder (1/2 cup) |
- Combine all dry ingredients
- Add moist ingredients
- Spray muffin tin with Pam
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes
- Makes 20 medium muffins
