Basic Pancake recipe from about.com
| 2 | cups all-purpose flour, stirred or sifted before measuring |
| 2 1/2 | teaspoons baking powder |
| 1/2 | teaspoon salt |
| 1 | egg, slightly beaten |
| 1 1/2 | cups milk |
- In a separate bowl add all dry ingredients together.
- In another bowl wisk 1 large egg add milk wisk again.
- Pour egg and milk into dry mixture and stir until blended.
- Makes about 8 5" pancakes. Two pancakes per serving.
