Thai Peanut Chicken

Ingredients

cup crunchy peanut butter |
| 1/4 |
cup water |

tbsp soy sauce |
| 2 |
tsp minced garlic |

tbsp brown sugar |
| 1 |
lb chicken breast, cooked and cut into strips |
| 12 |
ounce rice noodles |
Directions
- Cook noodles as instructed on package.
- Lightly coat a nonstick skillet with cooking spray, then heat skillet to medium-low. Add peanut butter, soy sauce, water brown sugar and garlic to skillet, stirring frequently until the peanut butter softens.
- Toss the chicken with peanut butter sauce and noodles.
