Sloppy Jofu (Sloppy Joe, Tofu Style) Recipe

Sloppy Jo, tofu style. Haven't tried it yet, but it sounds like a good idea.

Ingredients
162 gram chopped tofu (1/2 block)
1 1/2 tbsp green onion
6 tbsp cream of mushroom soup
3/20 cup catsup
1/2 tbsp chili powder
Directions
  1. Turn oven to Broil

  2. Chop tofu and

  3. Mix tofu and onion

  4. Broil onion/tofu mixture 15 minutes

  5. Drain excess liquid

  6. add cream of mushroom soup and fold in catsup

  7. Enjoy!
