| 8 | oz popcorn |
| 3 | oz olive oil |
- heat 3 oz oil in large covered pot
- test heat with 5 kernels
- When test kernels pop add rest of popcorn
- Cover and remove from heat
- Count slowly to 30
- Return to heat
- Pop until done, shaking frequently
- Dump immediately into big bowl
- salt to taste (try half salt to half chicken boulion! It's tasty)
