Not incredibly low in fat, but tasty in small portions, mixed with lettuce in a salad. Sometimes I like to add a small amount of sweet relish for a yummy kick.

Ingredients
| 12 1/2 |
oz Tuna in Water, drained |
| 1 |
tbsp. Mayo |
| 1 |
medium Green Onion, chopped |
| 1 |
T. Dijon Mustard |
| 1/8 |
tsp. salt (optional) |
| 3 |
lettuce leaves, chopped |
Directions
- Mix first 5 ingredients together in a bowl and serve over lettuce as a delicious and satisfying salad.
