Simple Tuna Salad

Makes 2 1/2 servings

Not incredibly low in fat, but tasty in small portions, mixed with lettuce in a salad. Sometimes I like to add a small amount of sweet relish for a yummy kick.

Ingredients
12 1/2 oz Tuna in Water, drained
1 tbsp. Mayo
1 medium Green Onion, chopped
1 T. Dijon Mustard
1/8 tsp. salt (optional)
3 lettuce leaves, chopped
Directions
  1. Mix first 5 ingredients together in a bowl and serve over lettuce as a delicious and satisfying salad.
