Tomatillo, Black Bean and Mango Salsa/Salad Recipe

Delicious with spice-rubbed tilapia and warmed corn tortillas

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups cooked black beans, drained and rinsed
1/2 lb. tomatillos
1 1/2 cups mango
1/2 cup red onion
1/3 cup fresh lime juice
2 tbs. vegetable oil
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
Directions
Mix. Let stand while you cook the fish.
