This is a fast chili, just dump ingredients in and heat. I added extra kidney beans to cut down on the salty taste.

oz crushed tomatoes |
| 15 1/2 |
oz seasoned chili beans |

oz tomato paste |
| 12 |
oz protein crumbles |
| 1 1/4 |
oz. chili seasoning mix |
| 15 1/2 |
oz red kidney beans, no salt added |
Directions
- Dump ingredients into a pot.
- Mix them.
- Heat them.
- Eat them. :)
