Ingredients
1 cup celery, chopped
1/2 cup tomato, diced
1/2 cup sweet red pepper, chopped
1/2 cup cucumber, chopped
1/4 cup raw fennel, chopped
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp dried mint
1/4 cup carrot, chopped
