This pasta dish can be put together in minutes. Serve with mixed green salad. Hints: Instead of ham it can be served accompanied by fish or mushrooms.
| 350 | g Pasta |
| 25 | g butter |
| 100 | g diced ham |
| 225 | g Brie Cheese |
| 240 | ml cream |
| 1 | g Garlic |
| 1 | g Herb |
- Cook Pasta in a large pan of lightly salted boiling water for 8-10 minutes until al dente. Drain.
- Meanwhile, melt the butter in a frying pan. Add the ham and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Remove the rind from the cheese. Chop it roughly and add to pan. Crumble in the OXO Garlic, Herb and Spice cube and stir in the cream.
- Heat gently until the cheese has melted.
- Add the pasta, season with black pepper, toss together and serve.
