Makes 4 servings

Yummy topping for chips.

Ingredients
1/3 cup light sour cream, Daisy
1 cup cheddar cheese, Cooper
4 oz green chilies, diced
1 large tomato, diced
3/4 cup refried beans, Amy's
Directions
  1. Preheat the broiler.

  2. *Place 4 cups of tortilla chips in a single layer on the bottom of a large baking pan.*

  3. In a small bowl, mix together the sour cream, cheese and chilies. Spread this mixture on top of the tortilla chips, covering them completely. Spread the beans over this. Sprinkle with the diced tomato. Broil until the cheese starts to melt, about 3 minutes. Watch carefully because they burn quickly. Serve warm.

  4. * CC doesn't let me add "tortilla chips" to the recipe but I used Santitas Yellow Corn Tortilla Chips. The whole recipe called for 112 grams of chips which equals about 4 dry measuring cups. That's 4 servings. Each serving of the chips alone has 130 calories, 6 g fat, 1 g sat fat, 110 mg sodium, 19 total carbs, 1 g dietary fiber, 2 g protein, 2% calcium and 2% iron.
