Pumpkin Muffins Recipe

Mom's Recipe

Ingredients
2 cups sugar
1 1/4 cups vegetable oil
5 eggs
2 cups flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp baking soda
2 cups pumpkin
6 ounces coconut cream pie filling
Directions
  1. Combine sugar, oil, and eggs in a large bowl

  2. Sift together flour, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and soda and add to above

  3. Add pumpkin and cream pie filling

  4. Spoon into muffin tin

  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes
