| 1/2 | lbs Ground Turkey |
| 1/2 | lbs Ground Beef |
| 12 | oz macaroni, enriched |
| 32 | oz Tomato Sauce |
| 1 | tsp Basil |
| 1 | cup Ricotta Cheese, part skim Milk |
| 1 | cup Mozzarella, Part Skim Milk Cheese |
- Cook and drain .5 lbs Ground Turkey & .5 lbs Ground Beef
- Mix ground meat with 32 oz of tomato sauce and set asside
- mix 1 tsp Basil, Ricotta Cheese, Mozzarella,in a separtae bowl and set aside
- Begin layering in a 9 X 12 pan as follows:
- sause and meat covering bottom of pan
- layer of lasagne noddles
- layer of Cheese
- layer of lasagne noddles
- layer of sause and meat
- layer of lasagne noddles
- layer of Cheese
- layer of lasagne noddles
- layer of sause and meat
- Bake at 350 for 45 minutes
