ROASTED ZUCCHINI WITH THYME

Ingredients
1 COOKING SPRAY
2 ZUCCHINI
1 tbsp EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
1 SALT
1 PEPPER
1 tsp GARLIC POWDER
2 tsp THYME
Directions
  1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 450 DEGREES F.

  2. COAT LARGE BAKING SHEET WITH COOKING SPRAY

  3. ARRANGE ZUCCHINI HALVES, FLESH SIDE UP, ON PREPARED BAKING SHEET. DRIZZLE OLIVE OIL OVER ZUCCHINI. SEASON THE FLESH WITH SALT AND PEPPER. SEASON WITH GARLIC POWDER. SPRINKLE THYME OVER THE TOP.

  4. ROAST 8 TO 10 MINUTES, UNTIL TENDER AND GOLDEN BROWN.
