CHICKEN ROSEMARY APPLES AND ONIONS

Ingredients
2 c ONIONS
24 oz CHICKEN BREASTS
1 SALT
1 PEPPER
2 tbsp ROSEMARY
1 c CHICKEN BROTH
1/2 cup CREAM OF CELERY SOUP
2 c COOKED RICE
Directions
  1. ARRANGE ONION AND APPLE SLICES IN BOTTOM OF SLOW COOKER.PLACE CHICKEN PIECES ON TOP AND SEASON ALL OVER WITH SALT AND PEPPER. SPRINKLE ROSEMARY OVER CHICKEN.

  2. IN A MEDIUM BOWL WHISK TOGETHER BROTH AND SOUP. POUR MIXTURE OVER CHICKEN.

  3. COVER AND COOK ON LOW FOR 6 TO 8 HOURS ON LOW OR ON HIGH FOR 3 TO 4 HOURS.

  4. SERVE CHICKEN, SAUCE APPLES AND ONIONS OVER RICE.
